Ellie is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where people can address and resolve their conflict. With her keen perception, compassion and insight, she has the capacity to see solutions others may not see.
Ellie’s past employment with various human service non-profits has given her the opportunity to work with diverse populations in ways that empowered them to gain more control in their lives. With a graduate degree in Communication Studies from the University of Montana and a focus in conflict resolution, interpersonal relationships, and family communication, she understands relational dynamics through the communication in the relationship.
